Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Discretionary Financial Support Services team as Casework support office

andnbsp;

The Caseworker will provide a range of clerical, financial, statistical and support services to internal and external customers in the delivery of Discretionary Housing Payments, Local Welfare Provision and other aligned Discretionary Financial Support schemesandnbsp; in accordance with developed systems, statutory legislation, and locally designed policies and procedures.andnbsp;



We are looking for enthusiastic team players who take pride in providing excellent customer-service.



The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and with a high degree of accuracy, be well-organised with a flexible approach, have good IT skills and manage changing priorities. You will also need to be able to work unsupervised and use your initiative.
