Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Compliance team at Nest Invest primarily to lead on the management and delivery of the compliance monitoring plan aligned with FCA regulations and industry best practices and support the development of a compliance culture and effective three lines of defence model. A new and varied role, daily responsibilities will include periodic and ad hoc compliance testing across Nest Invest, identifying, assessing, and reporting on compliance risks and control effectiveness, liaising with business units to understand operations and embed a risk-based approach to monitoring. The role will involve close working relationships with the Head of Compliance and key stakeholders across Nest Invest and Nest Corporation.
The minimum criteria for this role are:
- Demonstrable experience of owning or implementing a compliance monitoring plan within an FCA regulated entity, preferably Investment Firms and/or OPS firms.
- Knowledge and experience of regulatory rules and requirements, including FCA rules and working practices.
- Strong judgement and pragmatism in navigating regulatory risk, with ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
