What You'll Be Doing:
• Designing and delivering 1:1 and small group academic and wellbeing interventions
• Supporting students with additional and complex needs to unlock their talents
• Collaborating with teaching, pastoral, and SEN teams on personalised progress plans
• Analysing data to monitor impact, adjust strategies, and evidence pupil growth
• Leading resilience workshops, motivational sessions, and restorative practices
