What You'll Be Doing:
• Designing and implementing strategic SEND provision with real autonomy
• Leading, supporting, and inspiring a committed team of SEN professionals
• Working closely with families, agencies, and staff to break down barriers
• Monitoring, evaluating, and refining interventions for maximal impact
• Keeping meticulous statutory documentation (EHCPs, reviews, provision maps)
• Delivering tailored CPD to all staff, upskilling colleagues with latest practice
