The Headteacher and Governors are seeking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated Deputy Headteacher to join our leadership team and support the continued development of our vibrant and successful school.
We are looking for a leader who:
• Has successful leadership experience and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Demonstrates high expectations for pupils’ achievement and behaviour.
• Builds positive relationships across the school community.
• Is committed to high-quality teaching and learning and improving outcomes for all pupils.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner, a collaborative and supportive colleague, and a passionate advocate for ensuring every child achieves their full potential.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious leader to join a supportive school community and contribute to the continued success of the school.
