What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor to join our Trust’s facilities team. The role is primarily based at Widey Court Primary School, however, will also be required to work flexibly across other school sites as required, undertaking grounds maintenance, general repairs, improvement tasks, and providing cover for absence or operational need. The postholder will support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and security of the site, including opening and closing the site each day. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring all Trust school environments are safe, compliant, well-maintained, and fit for purpose, supporting high-quality learning spaces for pupils and staff.
The successful postholder will:
• Have excellent communication skills
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Be highly organised and work well under pressure
• Have proficient maintenance skills
• Be hardworking, efficient and energetic.
