Are you an organised, detail‑driven and customer‑focused professional looking to join a supportive and fast‑paced team? We're seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our client's Basingstoke team, supporting customers across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation where reliability, accuracy and excellent communication are highly valued. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will play an important part in delivering exceptional service to customers, colleagues and partners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing first‑class communication and support via phone and email
- Managing designated customer accounts and liaising with partner organisations
- Preparing quotes, processing data and conducting contract reviews
- Handling Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDA) where required
- Manual order entry, order processing and issuing order acknowledgements
- Working with multi‑currency transactions (GBP and USD)
- Setting up new customer accounts, processing application forms and end‑user documentation
- Running weekly system reports and updating sales orders
- Coordinating weekly order books and shipping reports
- Ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Learning and navigating in‑house systems and procedures
- Supporting excellent customer satisfaction at all times
- Collaborating with internal teams, including colleagues based overseas
