Summary
Management Accountant – Central Kitchen Production Unit (Côte Brasserie)
Location: Hybrid – our Central Kitchen based in Heston, West London and Kensington
Competitive Salary
We are looking for a hands‑on Management Accountant to take full ownership of our Central Kitchen financial reporting. This is a new role with real influence: you’ll build the reporting framework, partner closely with our kitchen and operations teams, and help shape how we understand performance.
What you’ll do
Produce monthly management accounts for the central kitchen, including P&L, variances and clear commentary.
Ensure accurate capture of food production, labour, overheads and stock movements.
Build a simple, reliable reporting structure with clear cost centres and processes.
Improve the quality of kitchen reporting as the operation grows.
Act as the key finance partner for the central kitchen team, supporting cost control and operational decisions.
Support budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking.
Maintain strong financial controls and support audit/year‑end requirements.
Who you’ll be
Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
Experience in management accounting, ideally in food production.
Confidence working with operational teams and explaining financial information clearly.
Strong attention to detail, organised, and comfortable owning a defined area.
A practical, curious mindset and interest in how a central kitchen really works.
You’ll play a key role in a growing part of the business, with the chance to build processes, influence decisions and work closely with our Financial Controller and wider finance team. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both structure and hands‑on involvement in operations.
