We're looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and maintaining outdoor spaces to the highest quality. Hourly Rate of Pay: £12.71Contract Type: PermanentType of Employment: Full Time Total Weekly Contractual Hours: 40Location: Regional Recruitment - Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England CB1 2JWRequirement: Full UK Driving License
Role Responsibilities:
-Carry out grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearing, spraying, and litter picking
-Operate hand tools and powered horticultural machinery safely and effectively
-Deliver winter services including gritting, snow clearance, and Christmas tree installation
-Report site hazards and relevant information to management
-Follow health and safety procedures and undertake additional training as required
What we're looking for:
-Passion for working outdoors in agile and flexible environments
-Good understanding of smartphone technology
-Grounds maintenance experience is desirable but not essential
-PAI & PA6 spraying license is a plus
-Full UK driving license preferred for roles involving company vehicles
