We’re looking for a reliable and detail‑focused Production Operative to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the packing
and assembly of products for a range of clients, ensuring everything is completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest
quality standards. You’ll work as part of a fast‑paced production environment where teamwork and consistency really matter.

Day to Day
* Operating packing and assembly equipment to meet daily production targets
* Preparing, labelling, and packaging products according to customer specifications
* Carrying out quality checks to ensure accuracy and product integrity
* Following safety and hygiene procedures at all times
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area throughout the shift
* Reporting issues or defects to supervisors promptly
* Supporting changeovers between product runs, including cleaning and setup
* Working collaboratively with team members to keep production flowing smoothly
What will you bring?
* Previous experience in a production or packing environment would be advantageous
* Comfortable on your feet - this is a physical position requiring you to operate packing equipment throughout the shift
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
* Ability to follow instructions and work to standards
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Basic numeracy and literacy for labelling and documentation
