Qualifications
Essential
- Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or related discipline/ Will accept working towards
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and commercial software (e.g., COINS, Causeway).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Desirable
- Experience in cladding remediation or façade works or similar
- Knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts.
- Understanding of building safety regulations and compliance requirements.
