Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturer in South Petherton. This role offers excellent pay rates and the chance to work within a supportive, fast-paced production team.

Key Duties:
  • Monitor production lines and maintain consistent product quality.

  • Carry out checks and inspections throughout the manufacturing process.

  • Ensure all products meet required quality standards.

  • Identify and report any faults or inefficiencies.

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

  • Work as part of a fast-paced production team.

Requirements:
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to high standards.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks.

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

What We Offer:
  • Ad-hoc shifts:

    • Monday to Friday - Days: 6am-2pm, £12.45 per hour.

    • Monday to Friday - Twilight: 2pm-5pm, £12.45 per hour; 5pm-10pm, £17.55 per hour.

    • Monday to Friday - Nights: 10pm-6am, £18.68 per hour.

    • Ad-hoc shifts: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. - Nights: 5pm-6am | £18.68 per hour.

  • Weekly pay.
