Summary

Are you passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and shaping a modern, effective learning environment?

We’re looking for an innovative and forward‑thinking Learning and Systems Lead to transform how our colleagues learn, grow and engage with development across our organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our Learning Management System (LMS), create engaging learning content using tools such as Articulate and Rise 360, and contribute to the design of blended learning pathways that build capability and support organisational priorities.

Working closely with our Organisational Development manager and collaborating with a proactive team of L&D Leads and HR Business Partners you’ll bring enthusiasm, curiosity and a passion for using learning systems and tools to help colleagues thrive. You’ll play a key role in shaping learning experiences across the colleague journey — from onboarding and compliance to leadership development and bespoke L&D solutions tailored to service needs.

You’ll lead on the creation and continuous improvement of learning content, manage and optimise our LMS to ensure it is effective and user‑friendly, and use insight and reporting to understand impact and inform ongoing improvement. You’ll also contribute to the delivery of a blended learning offer and work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to ensure learning is accessible, high‑quality and aligned to our values.

Confident in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise 360 and experience of LMS administration and learning systems management is important— but above all, we’re looking for someone who is proactive, collaborative, and committed to enabling colleagues to learn and grow.

If you’re ready to help us build a future‑focused learning culture where colleagues can develop and succeed, we’d love to hear from you.
Apply today and help shape the next stage of our learning journey.

For an informal chat about the role, feel free to contact our Organisational Development Manager, Natalie Marshall, on 07967 453510
