Summary
The successful post holder will:- provide skilled specialist assistance in the delivery of direct and indirect patient care throughout the Operating Department.- participate as an integral member of the theatre Scrub team, covering a full range of shifts, including earlies, lates, nights and weekends.- act as the patient advocate and maintain high standards of patient care, in line with NMC or HCPC code of conduct.- Be involved in supporting and mentoring students and new staff as appropriate. -The role requires shift pattern to cover In hours and out of hours including weekends service as we cater patients 24/7. -We are currently looking for candidate that are talented, experienced, passionate and keen to learn scrub practitioners. -We provide elective and emergency services for both adult and paediatric Trauma and Orthopaedics & Spines.
