Summary
Our client, a well-established law firm in Barnoldswick, is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer to join its busy and reputable Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer seeking a stable role within a friendly and supportive firm, with the benefit of hybrid working, handling a good quality caseload and strong local client relationships.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Shared ownership matters
- New build transactions where applicable
You will be responsible for providing a high standard of client care, keeping matters progressing efficiently, and liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties throughout the transaction.
About You
The successful candidate will:
- Have solid experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload
- Be able to work with a good level of autonomy
- Have strong organisational and communication skills
- Be client-focused and commercially aware
- Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team
