Summary
You will provide a high-quality service completing minor adaptations in the homes of older or disabled clients.
Main Duties:
The installation of works such as grab rails, stair rails, shower seats, key safes, steps and ramps.
Booking appointments
Travelling to appointments across Monmouthshire and Torfaen (company vehicle provided)
Maintaining the company vehicle and adhering to the rules of the road.
Liaising with clients, their families, or carers.
Liaising with external organisations such as Social Services and healthcare professionals.
Maintaining company tools.
Ordering stock and maintaining stock levels.
We’re looking for a hard worker who is customer focused with excellent communication skills; a team player who is able to work flexibly to meet business needs.
You will need a thorough understanding of minor building works and Health and Safety practices and have experience of undertaking work in people’s homes.
You will be competent in the use of information technology and confident in the use of android devices (phone and tablet)
