Summary

Sense Scotland recruiting Support Workers in Fife offer full time (37 hours) and part time hours

Finglassie is a warm, well‑established home where eight adults with complex needs live together and receive 24‑hour support. We provide person‑centred care that promotes dignity, choice, inclusion, and independence. We support people with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and physical health conditions. Our small, friendly team focuses on consistent, compassionate, high‑quality care.

What the role involves:
>Personal care and daily living support
>Promoting independence and life skills
>Supporting emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
>Medication administration (full training given)
>Encouraging social activities and community engagement
>Working alongside families and professionals

Hours available:
>Full‑time (37 hours)
>Part‑time opportunities
>Relief (as and when)
>Shifts may include early/late shifts, nights, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays.
