Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as a Senior Executive, Hospitality Sales. You will be responsible for selling Club products and services to maximise revenue across match day, seasonal, concert and major event hospitality, Liverpool FC commercial events.

What will you be doing?
- Sell multiple Club products and ensure the Club maximises revenues at every opportunity.
- Generate new leads and identify sales prospects and always ensure a solid pipeline.
- Provide a prompt response to all incoming enquiries from multiple sources, mainly telephone.
- Provide administration support with contracts, systems, and finance.
- Undertake regular sales / commercial research and competitor analysis.
- Create accurate sales proposals, tailored to client needs.
- Support the sales manager with key commercially led projects.
- Liaise with relevant internal departments once the sale has been made, to always ensure a smooth customer journey – ticketing, hospitality, VIP, Customer experience, events, operations, and finance.
Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of sales negotiation and persuasive selling skills, ideally gained in hospitality and events. You will have excellent telesales skills (inbound and outbound) and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders. You will be proactive, confident, and able to pitch successfully to gain results. You will be able to make decisions and remain calm while under pressure to achieve deadlines/ targets and able to prioritise tasks, where appropriate. It is vital that you can negotiate and influence colleagues and/or clients to achieve a successful outcome. You will have knowledge of multiple systems requires to sell – Salesforce, Delphi and Seat Geek.
