Summary
Support worker required to provide person centered support to a young woman, helping her to live a fulfilling and independent life. This role involves supporting her to achieve personal goals, build confidence and develop social and communication skills. You will be assisting her to access the community, attend social activities and take part in meaningful experiences that promote well being and independence.
You will provide encouragement , guidance and emotional support while ensuring her safety, dignity and choices are respected at all times. the role also includes supporting with daily routines, helping to plan activities, and building a positive, trusting relationship that enables her to grow in confidence and develop life skills.
You will work as part of a small, dedicated team to provide consistent, high - quality support, ensuring the individual feels supported and empowered to achieve her goals.
