We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Partner in the Repairs team.
Do you thrive on helping others and staying organised? We’re looking for a proactive Customer Service partner to manage repair enquiries, prioritise and schedule jobs with speed and accuracy.

As part of Llanw Repairs Hub, you will provide front line service for customers contacting Valleys to Coast and Llanw with questions, queries or issues. The role is predominantly telephone based but we offer services across all channels such as face to face, email, web chat and via social media platforms. The queries will be wide and varied in relation to repairs and maintenance. You will provide answers and resolve challenges first time delivering great customer service to our current and future customers.

As part of the role you will be required to respond to customers through their preferred channels of communication, listen to, question and act to identify the customers’ needs and resolve them the first time and work with colleagues and the team to achieve customer focused solutions.

We are looking for someone who can prioritise and manage their workload so that they deliver your best each day and help colleagues deliver theirs, maintain and improve information so that we have a rich picture of our customers across the systems we use and ensure that all work is completed to deliver excellence, efficiency, integrity, compliance and quality.
