Maths Teacher – Full-time, long-term temporary and ongoing role starting April 2026

Duties as Maths Teacher:
- Teach full time across KS3 and KS4 groups.
- Deliver lessons both on site and via Zoom to other campuses around the country.
- Provide engaging and well‑sequenced Maths teaching in line with curriculum expectations.
- Adapt lesson delivery to support a range of learning needs and abilities.
- Maintain consistent behaviour expectations and promote a positive learning environment.
- Support pupils in developing numeracy, reasoning and problem‑solving skills.
- Assess progress and provide constructive verbal and written feedback.
- Contribute to departmental planning and collaborative discussions.
- Uphold safeguarding expectations and prioritise pupil welfare.
Ideal Maths Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with strong Maths teaching experience.
- Confident teaching KS3 and KS4 to middle‑ability learners.
- Comfortable delivering lessons both in person and remotely via Zoom.
- Effective classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Able to motivate and support pupils with differing abilities.
- Reflective, proactive and committed to high‑quality teaching.
- Dedicated to safeguarding and promoting pupil well‑being.
