Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: South Northamptonshire (4 days on-site, 1 day from home after initial training)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (Equivalent)
Contract: 6-Month FTC

About the Role
We are partnering with a prestigious, high-end hospitality brand to source multiple strong transactional finance professionals.
Due to high volumes and rapid growth, we are looking for experienced AP/AR Specialists who can hit the ground running and manage fast-paced billing environments.You'll be joining a dynamic finance team supporting both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- High-volume AP and AR transactional processing
- Managing supplier invoices and customer billings
- Bank reconciliations and payment runs
- Resolving invoice queries quickly and professionally
- Supporting month-end processes
- Working closely with internal teams to maintain financial accuracy
Ideal Experience
- Strong experience in high-volume AP/AR or billings roles
- Confident, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Experience with Sage or Oracle is highly advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
- Able to work 4 days on-site in Milton Keynes
