About the Role

We're looking for a confident and people‑focused Account Manager to take ownership of a large client within the manufacturing sector.

This role combines end‑to‑end recruitment, client relationship management, and HR‑focused workforce support, with only one weekly visit to the client site.

If you enjoy managing relationships, working independently and delivering high‑volume recruitment, this is a great opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing

Client Management
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead monthly client review meetings and provide ongoing performance updates.
  • Visit the client site once per week to maintain visibility and understand operational needs.
Recruitment & Fulfilment
  • Manage all recruitment independently.
  • Source, screen and onboard candidates for industrial and logistics roles.
  • Maintain a strong, compliant talent pipeline.
  • Monitor fulfilment levels and proactively address risks or shortages.
Workforce Engagement & HR Support
  • Communicate regularly with the workforce, even when remote.
  • Handle attendance, RTWIs, investigations and basic ER activity.
  • Promote safe working practices and support positive engagement.
Administration & Reporting
  • Process accurate timesheets and weekly payroll information.
  • Maintain compliant workforce and HR records.
  • Produce MI covering fulfilment, attendance and retention.
  • Follow client processes and compliance standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in recruitment, HR or workforce management.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Confident managing sensitive conversations.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to manage high‑volume recruitment independently.
  • Full UK driving licence (weekly site visits).
