Summary
We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established parcel distribution company based in Carlisle. This is a great opportunity for someone reliable and hardworking looking for consistent afternoon work within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Location: Carlisle, Cumbria
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 15:00 - 20:00
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Ongoing / Temp to Perm opportunity
Key Responsibilities:- Sorting and handling parcels within the warehouse
- Loading and unloading deliveries accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring parcels are processed in line with company targets and deadlines
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all Health & Safety and company procedures
- Previous warehouse or parcel handling experience preferred (but not essential)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Monday to Friday shifts - no weekends
- Consistent afternoon hours
