Working Pattern: 38 hours per week - Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30 & 1 in 3 weekends (08:30-19:00)
Our client is a leading UK-based online auction company, known for its vibrant, innovative approach and commitment to delivering an outstanding service. They are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated Client Services Associate to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will be:
* Technically minded with strong IT skills
* Able to quickly learn and adapt to new or evolving systems
* A positive, proactive individual with a can-do attitude
* Experienced in customer service (ideally within a SaaS or technology-led environment)
Position Summary:
As a Client Services Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring high levels of client satisfaction by delivering outstanding customer service. A significant part of this role involves training clients on how to use internal systems and breaking down complex technical processes into simple, easy-to-understand guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond efficiently to client enquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Train and support clients in using company systems and platforms
* Translate complex technical solutions into clear, user-friendly guidance
* Maintain and update client records using Microsoft Office and internal systems
* Provide administrative support including scheduling, data entry, and reporting
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues promptly and effectively
* Continuously identify opportunities to improve the client experience
Role Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service role is essential
* Experience within a SaaS or technology-led environment is highly desirable
* Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
