What will the Semi-Senior Accountant role involve?


• Assisting in managing client bookkeeping and producing management accounts that support strategic decision-making.
• Preparing statutory financial statements in line with UK compliance standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Supporting VAT submissions and handling some personal tax affairs, contributing to comprehensive client services.
• Working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure fiscal obligations are met efficiently.
• Utilising systems such as Iris, Xero, and Caseware to deliver efficient accounting solutions and optimise workflows.

Suitable Candidate for the Semi-Senior Accountant vacancy:


• Part-qualified accountants with a solid grounding in UK accounting practices.
• Experience in bookkeeping, management accounts, statutory accounts, and VAT would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with cloud-based accounting software such as Xero, Iris, and Caseware.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to team success.
