Room Leader - £30,000–£32,000

Before You Apply

What You’ll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working within a nursery setting
- Experience leading a room or supporting a team
- Solid understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
What You’ll Do
- Lead the day-to-day running of a nursery room
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Guide and support room staff in daily practice
- Track children’s development and keep records up to date
- Maintain safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS standards
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
