The Role
We are looking for a Telesales Operator to join our friendly and customer-focused team. You will play a key role in handling customer orders and delivering excellent service over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
• Taking customer orders via telephone
• Building strong relationships with customers
• Promoting products and identifying sales opportunities
• Handling queries and providing product information
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Hours
25 hours per week with flexibility required, including overtime when needed.
Pay
Real Living Wage (as per current UK Living Wage Foundation rates).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Previous telesales or customer service experience preferred
• Organised, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
