Summary
The on-call commitment includes a fixed weekday night shift 1 in 4 weeks and a Monday night 1 in 12 weeks. The daily timetable is flexible and will be designed to support the candidates interests. The job contract will be initially for 12 months with extension to this being by mutual agreement. The post is offered on a full-time basis, comprising 10 Programmed Activities (PAs) under the specialist grade contract. The job plan will be reviewed every 12 months, or earlier if required, to ensure that sessional commitments remain aligned with service needs and training objectives. The post holder will undertake their on-call and Obstetric commitments at Frimley Park Hospital. It is anticipated that the post holder will undertake outpatient clinics and surgical operating sessions at both FPH and Heatherwood Hospitals.
