Summary
Providing key OT assessment and treatment plans for patients in an acute inpatient and community setting. To carry out discharge to assess, complex follow up visits and environmental visits. To manage desiganted case load with complex needs using evidence based/client centred principles to assess, plan implement and evaluate interventions. Maintain records which fulfil legal requirements To regularly supervise B5 OT's, B4 or B3 staff and OT students To provide leadership for junior staff , through supervision and performance reviews. To participate in the planning, development and evaluation of both services. To contribute to the maintenance and development of the Trust OT service.
