Summary
Please see attached Job Description and Person Specification. The chief registrar role is a senior leadership and management role for higher specialty trainee doctors. The role allows a minimum of 40% protected time to develop and implement local initiatives focusing on, for example, service improvement, workforce transformation, engagement and morale, and education and training. Chief registrars benefit from access to a bespoke leadership and management development programme provided by the RCP.
