Summary
The post holder will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide high quality and safe care for patients, staff and visitors. They will provide compassionate care that is based on empathy, kindness, respect and dignity and who can role model the trust values at all times. They must have broad evidence of continuous professional development. The post holder will have operational responsibility for all aspects of clinical standards, professional practice, manage and co-ordinate staff, budget, resources and the environment. Demonstrate effective leadership, being visible and accessible to patients, families and carers which ensure efficient, effective and caring services. Accountability for the delivery of all performance indicators, essential standards and quality outcomes Develop and where appropriate deliver training packages to enhance the knowledge and skills of the workforce and students
