We are seeking a skilled Mobile Plumber to deliver high-quality plumbing and building maintenance services across designated client sites.​

The role will focus on fault finding, repairs, installations, and maintenance to ensure all plumbing systems operate safely and efficiently.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who can provide a consistent, world-class maintenance service for stakeholders, ensuring all tasks are carried out in line with regulations, site requirements, and industry best practice. This is a mobile role and requires a flexible, proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

Perform scheduled inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance, and repairs on plumbing systems and equipment.

Troubleshoot faults in line with plumbing codes, diagrams, operation manuals, and manufacturer instructions.

Repair cracked pipes and clear blockages in drainage systems safely and efficiently.

Observe and test plumbing fixtures and systems to identify leaks or failures.

Dismantle defective components and replace parts as required.

Conduct inspections and identify defects within drainage systems, pipework, joints, unions, and fixtures.

Install, replace, and adjust backflow prevention devices in accordance with jurisdictional codes.

Use ladders, scaffolding, and access equipment safely to carry out maintenance tasks.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Formal plumbing qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).

Unvented Qualification.

Significant hands-on experience delivering plumbing/mechanical building services maintenance.

Strong ability to maintain and repair a range of plumbing systems and equipment.

Experience working within a facilities management environment.

Proven experience carrying out both reactive and planned preventative maintenance in commercial properties.

Must hold a UK driving licence.
