Nursery Practitioner Apprentice

Location: St Faiths Centre, Moncktons Ln, Maidstone ME14 2PY
Start Date: August
Hours: 30-40 hours per week (shifts between 8:30am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday)
Wage: Apprentice wage - £8 per hour for the first 12 months and minimum wage after 12 months.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to train as a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner within a supportive and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training towards a Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Planning and delivering engaging activities for children aged 0–4 years
- Creating fun and stimulating environments in line with the EYFS framework
- Observing, assessing, and planning for children’s individual interests and development
- Ensuring safeguarding policies and Ofsted requirements are met at all times
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Most of your apprenticeship will be spent in the nursery gaining hands-on experience, supported by structured training.
