We are seeking a Porter to deliver efficient portering and general facilities support services across the office environment.
This role ensures the workplace remains safe, organised, and well-maintained, providing a reliable and welcoming presence for staff and visitors.
Job Description
We are looking for someone who can support a wide range of duties including logistics, room setups, basic checks, and customer-facing support.
The role also provides assistance to reception when required and contributes to low-level Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks alongside general operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a welcoming and helpful first point of contact for customers, visitors, and staff.
Transport equipment, goods, luggage, or supplies safely and efficiently across the site.
Support operational teams with day-to-day logistics and service delivery.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of work areas, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
Assist with setting up rooms, events, and workspaces as required.
Carry out basic checks and report maintenance, safety, or security issues.
Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
Respond promptly to requests and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high standard of service.
