Summary
Staff Call UK Ltd are looking for an experienced recruitment manager to join our expanding team based in Hessle.
Staff Call UK Ltd is an established and dynamic care provision providing the Hull and East Riding Area for the last 20 years, with excellent results.
Skills:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse range of candidates.
Collaborate with HR team to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to build a robust candidate pool.
Candidate Management:
Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews.
Manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Care Coordinator Teams to understand their team dynamics and specific hiring needs.
Compliance:
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations, including externa stakeholders regulations
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment processes.
Reporting:
Using in house software, to generate reports and KPI stats.
Essential Criteria
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Desirable Criteria:
Previous understanding of the healthcare industry and familiarity with healthcare - specifically mental health or complex healthcare regulations and compliance would be advantageous
