We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Compliance Administration Assistant to support the smooth, safe and efficient running of our offices and advice services, helping people across South Derbyshire, Derby City, East Staffordshire, Tamworth and surrounding areas to find a way forward. Highly organised and calm under pressure, you will thrive in a busy environment, providing high-quality compliance, administrative and reception support across multiple sites, ensuring records are accurate and processes are followed.

We are looking for someone who:
• Has excellent communication skills
• Can manage own time effectively with a keen eye for detail
• Can complete tasks to the highest quality
• Can monitor and maintain own standards ensuring work is accurate
• Is in possession of a full driving licence and use of a car, or otherwise able to fulfil the travel requirements necessary
Responsibilities / Key Tasks:
• Maintain compliance and quality records, registers and due diligence documentation, including GDPR, safeguarding, risk and incident information.
• Provide a professional, welcoming reception service, managing client and visitor enquiries, arrivals and appointments in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, shared mailboxes, secure electronic filing, and preparation of reports and organisational communications.
• Support procurement and facilities processes, including obtaining quotes, raising purchase orders, monitoring costs and coordinating the signing of contracts and formal documents.
• Assist with health and safety and facilities management by supporting regular checks, managing access fobs/visitor registration and helping coordinate premises maintenance and contractor visits.
• Monitor and replenish office equipment, stationery and consumables, and support the issuing and tracking of equipment and staff ID across multiple sites.

• Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week (will consider part-time for 30 hrs/per week, by agreement)
• Location: Marble Hall, Derby with travel to Church Gresley (Swadlincote) office, as business need dictates
• Contract: permanent
