We provide domiciliary care services that involves providing care and support to individuals in their own homes to help them live independently and safely. This includes assisting with personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting, helping with medication, preparing meals, carrying out light household tasks, offering companionship, and supporting clients to attend appointments or take part in community activities. A domiciliary care worker must follow care plans, maintain dignity and respect, observe any changes in a client’s health or wellbeing, report concerns when necessary, and keep accurate records while always following safeguarding, health and safety, and confidentiality procedures.
