We are currently partnering with a well-established, forward-thinking building services company and recruiting for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their growing team in Ipswich. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary organisation delivering high-quality projects across the built environment.

The Role:
As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of electrical systems across a variety of projects. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to the highest technical and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and specification of electrical building services systems (LV distribution, lighting, fire alarms, etc.)
• Prepare technical drawings, calculations, and reports
• Support project delivery from concept through to completion
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Contribute to sustainable and energy-efficient design solutions

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (HNC)
• Proven experience in a similar role within building services
• Knowledge of UK building regulations and industry standards
• Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
