You'll be supporting three adults who enjoy getting out and about — exploring new places, trying different activities and building greater independence. As a Lead Support Worker, you'll play an important part in helping people develop healthier daily routines, grow their confidence and make positive choices that support a more independent life.

You'll help shape these opportunities so every day feels purposeful and fulfilling.

About the role

In this leadership role, you'll support people to live happy, fulfilling lives while guiding colleagues so they feel confident and supported.

You will:

- Support people to get out and about, discover new opportunities and enjoy new experiences

- Encourage independence, healthy routines and positive habits

- Coach colleagues, role-model great practice and provide day-to-day guidance

- Help ensure support reflects plans, policies and our values

- Work some weekends and Bank Holidays as part of a consistent, supportive rota

- £13.86 per hour (increase due in April)
