Our well-established Newark based client is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their senior management team. Working alongside the Service Manager, the successful candidate will be leading a team of Engineers and Coordinators.
Duties include:
• Ensure all contracts are processed within accepted time scales, costs, and Codes of Practice.
• Monitor installations, visit sites as required, maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Head weekly production meetings liaising with relevant departments to ensure customer requirements and installations are delivered on time.
• Ensure contract spreadsheets are accurate and up to date.
• Agree holiday/sickness cover and oversee Installation Engineers diaries.
• Overseeing timesheets and expenses and signing off invoices.
• Liaise with Service Department and Maintenance Managers.
• Recruitment, performance management, coaching & development of Engineers and Coordinators.
The successful Contracts Manager must have over 3 years of installations and project management and a SMSTS / CSCS certificate. Intermediate Word, Excel and some ERP systems knowledge are essential.
This role requires some Uk travel and so a UK Driver’s License is imperative.
NEBOSH or IOSH Certified would be an advantage but is not essential.
