South Staffordshire College have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic lecturer to join our team. The primary focus of the role will be to work alongside the employability team to deliver on short 4-week programmes to support people into employment through our Sector Based Work Academies.
The successful candidate will be required to deliver and assess a range of topics to 19+ learners across the Health and Social Care disciplines to help prepare them for a career in the sector and ensure they are work ready.
You will have extensive experience of working within the sector and be ideally qualified to at least a degree or equivalent. Experience working within the sector will be essential in cases where a degree level of qualification is not held.
The successful applicant ideally will have experience in either teaching, training and or assessment and hold a level 5 teaching qualification or be prepared to work towards one.
