Summary

Job Title: Ofsted Registered Manager – Supported Accommodation
Location: Cannock
Salary: £30,000 to £37,000 per annum

We are a specialist supported accommodation provider delivering flexible, individually tailored services for young people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and other complex needs. Our goal is to empower young people to develop independence, resilience, and life skills in a safe, nurturing environment.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Ofsted Registered Manager to lead and develop our supported accommodation services in Cannock. You will ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance with Ofsted regulations, and drive continuous improvement across our service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day management of supported accommodation for young people aged 16–18 with complex needs
• Ensure full compliance with Ofsted standards and all relevant legislation
• Lead, support, and develop a team of staff to deliver outstanding care
• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalised support plans
• Maintain robust safeguarding and risk management practices
• Build positive relationships with young people, families, and external partners
• Manage budgets, rotas, recruitment, and staff training
• Promote a culture of empowerment, independence, and positive outcomes for young people
• Respond effectively to incidents, concerns, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager or similar leadership role within Ofsted regulated supported accommodation or children’s residential settings
• In-depth understanding of the needs of young people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, and complex needs
• Thorough knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and compliance frameworks
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Commitment to delivering person-centred care and achieving positive outcomes for young people
• Ability to work flexibly and participate in the on-call rota
