About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our busy and growing team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment, where you’ll play a key part in ensuring goods are handled, stored, and dispatched efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately handle incoming and outgoing deliveries
Load and unload goods from vehicles and containers
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
Use warehouse management systems to track stock and update records
Carry out stock replenishment and general materials handling
Perform quality checks on goods in and out
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Occasionally assist with deliveries when required
About You
Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential
Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
Forklift licence or experience operating warehouse machinery is desirable
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational skills
Basic IT skills (for stock systems) are a plus
Full UK driving licence required
