Summary
Job Description
Second 2 None Security Ltd is looking for professional, reliable, and well-presented Security Officers to join our team covering a private hire nightlife venue. This role is ideal for experienced door supervisors or security officers who are confident working in busy nightlife environments and can provide a safe and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Key Responsibilities
Controlling access and egress to the venue
Checking IDs and ensuring licensing conditions are followed
Monitoring guest behaviour and preventing incidents
Responding to incidents professionally and proportionately
Conducting regular patrols of the venue
Liaising with venue management and emergency services when required
Ensuring the safety of customers, staff, and property
Writing incident reports where necessary
Requirements
Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (required)
Previous experience in nightlife or venue security preferred
Strong communication and conflict management skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Reliable and punctual
Right to work self employed in the UK (Support can be provided)
Desirable Skills
Previous experience in customer service
Experience working at events or private venues
