Summary
Apply today to work as an FLT Driver for our client, one of the UK's leading manufacturers of pure white salt, producing over 800,000 tonnes annually.
Staffline is recruiting FLT Drivers in Middlewich, Cheshire.
The rate of pay is £13.03-£14.20 per hour.
Overtime is available after working 48 hours and is paid at time and a half.
This is a full-time role working 4 on 4 off and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 6pm
- 6pm to 6am
Your Time at Work
As an FLT Driver, you will be responsible for:
Driving and Transporting:
- Safely operate a Reach Truck (FLT), Counter Balance, and PPT to transport pallets and materials around the shop floor.
- Efficiently move products between departments, ensuring timely delivery to meet daily schedules.
Loading and Unloading:
- Unload incoming lorries and transport materials to designated storage areas.
- Transport goods, ensuring proper securing and organisation.
Work closely with warehouse teams to support seamless operations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate material movements."
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will have a valid FLT licence (preferably Reach, Counterbalance or PPT)
Experience in a similar role is required.
