Summary
Working Hours
Monday–Friday, 05:00–13:30
Some flexibility required; occasional weekend support if needed
Skills & Experience (Required)
Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG
Strong understanding of GMP and food safety standards
Ability to lead by example and support team development
FLT licence
Key Responsibilities
Operate, clean, and maintain production machinery to agreed targets
Receive, store, load, and dispatch raw materials and finished goods
Complete Goods In checks and all production/quality documentation
Ensure full compliance with GMP, food safety, quality, and hygiene standards
Record yields, checks, and performance data accurately
Support production teams and maintain smooth operational flow
Act as cover for the Team Leader during absence (additional pay applies)
Additional Duties
Day-to-day operation of jar filling and/or bulk filling lines
Provide on-shift leadership and support continuous improvement
