To provide support for students with educational needs in a variety of learning environments
The Role:
Due to the expansion of our talented team we are looking for creative and inspiring colleagues to work alongside our teachers in
supporting our students - particularly those who need us even more. As a Teaching Assistant you will be working with individuals
or small groups as well as supporting our mainstream classrooms - making a real difference to our students and their progress. No
two days will ever be the same although they will always be rewarding and exciting. Your previous experience as a learning support
professional is less important to us than your clear vision on what can be achieved for our students and how we can motivate and
inspire them to achieve great things. Because you have a calm, personable and patient manner and because you are creative,
persistent and interested you will know why that is. Our new colleague will have an unstinting belief that every young person,
whatever their starting point, can make and sustain exceptional progress and that our purpose is to change lives. You will have
