We are seeking a Data Insights Manager to act as the strategic bridge between complex data and operational excellence.
In this pivotal role, you will transform raw data from IoT, FMS, and customer feedback systems into actionable intelligence that shapes the customer journey and supports operational delivery.
Job Description
We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially aware individual who will report to the KAD/KAM/TM and serve as the evidence owner for change.
You will provide the Senior Leadership Team with robust insights, ensuring prioritised decision-making, customer-centric service design, and commercial protection across the account.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the account’s “evidence owner”, analysing IoT, service performance, and feedback data to diagnose root causes and guide operational decisions.
Quantify the impact of changes, forecasting potential outcomes and tracking benefits from pilots and initiatives.
Produce an annual workplace report to highlight long-term performance trends and improvements.
Develop and maintain internal and external reports, including a Transformation Plan dashboard on Insight@ISS to track change initiatives.
Conduct monthly customer experience analytics with the KAD to support improvements in service design, SOPs, and training.
Monitor service performance to ensure PMS compliance and protect ISS commercial and contractual obligations.
Challenge misallocated work orders and provide rebuttal evidence to mitigate financial risk for the account.
Provide data-driven support to regional leads, national directors, and mobilisation/demobilisation projects, including leading service performance meetings and owning remedial action plans.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Experience working in a Performance & Data Insights capacity.
Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, and Tableau.
Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
Demonstrates a compliance and audit-driven mindset.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with internal colleagues and stakeholders.
