Summary
Eurocarb Products Ltd is a leading manufacturer and supplier of activated carbon products and technologies. We are looking for a practical and motivated Production & Warehouse Technician to join our small operations team.
This role will work closely with the Warehouse & Production Supervisor to learn all operational activities related to the production, packaging, storage and dispatch of activated carbon products.
The position is hands-on and varied, combining production work, warehouse logistics, forklift driving and stock handling in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
Production Activities
• Assist with the production and repacking of activated carbon products
• Prepare and handle chemical solutions used in carbon impregnation processes
• Operate production equipment under supervision
• Support sampling and testing activities together with the laboratory team
• Ensure production areas are kept clean, safe and organised
Warehouse Operations
• Receive incoming goods and raw materials
• Unload containers and lorries safely
• Check goods on arrival and report discrepancies
• Maintain correct stock locations and inventory records
• Assist with stock takes of activated carbon, chemicals and packaging materials
Order Preparation & Dispatch
• Pick and prepare orders for dispatch
• Ensure correct documentation accompanies each shipment
• Load lorries safely and efficiently
• Assist with preparation of samples for customers
• Support booking of transport where required
Forklift Operation
• Operate forklift trucks for loading, unloading and internal transport of materials
• Maintain safe working practices at all times
• A valid forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one) is required
Equipment & Facility Maintenance
• Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment and plant
• Maintain good housekeeping of warehouse and production areas
• Monitor packaging and consumable stock levels

• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Work safely with chemicals and industrial materials
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment
Activated carbon is a natural carbon material and can create black dust during handling and production activities. This is normal within the industry, and appropriate protective clothing and washing facilities are provided.
